LOST/MISSING PACKAGE
USPS First Class Package (uninsured):
- Lost (Misdelivered)/Stolen Packages:
- Please reach out to your local USPS office and have them do a "GPS locate" on where the package was delivered. If needed Glitzy By Maria LLC can provide a copy of the shipping label to aide in the search. Glitzy By Maria LLC is not responsible for Lost or Stolen Packages.
- "Return to Sender":
- If a package is returned to us, we will happily resend the item(s) back to the buyer with no additional charge. Due to customization, we are unable to refund for "Return to Sender" items.
USPS Priority Mail (insured):
- Lost (Misdelivered)/Stolen Packages:
- Please contact us as we will be sure to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Once the claim is approved, we will provide you with a few options to solve issue.
- "Delivered, Left With Individual":
- If USPS states they left the package with an induvial, it is unlikely that a claim can be processed. The customer will be required to reach out to their local USPS office and ask for a "GPS locate" from the delivery. We will be able to help with a copy of the shipping label but will not be responsible for unapproved claims.
